Allison started her work with the State PIRGs as a campus organizer in
2000. Since that time, she has directed NJPIRG’s AmeriCorps program,
New Jersey Community Water Watch, and directed a number of state-wide
campaigns, including NJPIRG’s New Voters Project and campaigns to
reduce global warming and promote college affordability. Prior to
becoming the Executive Director, she was the Organizing Director for
NJPIRG Student Chapters, and oversaw NJPIRG’s student organizing across
the state. Allison graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
